Condolence: Forgive this late message of condolence as we did not know that your beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Gina had passed. Our sincere and heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your matriarch. Gina was a strong, courageous, kind, and loving woman who welcomed everyone into her home -- no invitation necessary. Gina and Cesidio were dear friends of our parents. When our family first moved to a farm in West Luther in 1972, they somehow found the Acchione family and became instant friends, bonding first because they shared the same Italian heritage, traditions and language and then because they maintained the same family values. Many a laugh, glass of wine, homemade cheese and bread was partaken between the two families. No matter what heartache she faced, Gina persevered with the hope tomorrow would be better. Now she and Cecil will be reunited with each other and all their relatives and friends who have gone before them, including our parents, in heaven.
