Peacefully at Headwaters Health care Centre, Orangeville on Friday, May 1, 2015 in her 92nd year; beloved wife of the late Cesidio Acchione (2013) of 65 years; loved mother of Larry, Jerry, Mario (deceased 2001) and Annina Jeans; dear grandmother of Lisa (Moses), Angela, Anthony (Vanessa), Christopher (Chelsea), Jerry Jr. (Sarah), Gina (Keith), Patricia (David), Paul (Lisa), Annette (Steven), Michael (deceased 1997), Theresa (Desmond), Joanna,
Nicholas (Dori), Jason (Karen) and Anthony (Shannon) and great-grandmother of Jessica, Jacob, Isabella, Erica, Julia, Claudia, Matthew, Cameron, Kyler, Jeremy, Trent, Chase, Katelyn, Madison, Hope, Jacob, Breanna, Cooper, Carter, Savana, Brooklyn, Eva, Michael, Nicholas, Ronin, Triston, Bryson Paige and Winter; also sadly missed by her sister Elizabeth and her brother-in-law Donato (Danny) and her sister-in-law Gerrarda and their families and her daughter-in-laws Regina and Betty-Lou and her many relatives, neighbours and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel, 21 First St., Orangeville on Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 2:00-4:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm.
Funeral Mass will be held at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 42 Dawson Rd., Orangeville on Monday, May 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Interment to follow at Union Cemetery, Grand Valley.
Memorial donations in memory of Gina may be made to the Brain Tumor Association.
A tree will be planted in memory of Gina in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
