Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at the age of 66. Beloved friend and spouse of Suzanne Turvill. Dear father of Jason (Kimberley) and Jennifer Jankowski (Curtis). Cherished Papa of Courtney, Paige, Ava, Scarlett and Capri. Dear son of Harold and the late Dorthea. Remembered by his brother Norman (Deborah). Thomas will be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, Orangeville on Tuesday, May 24 from 12:00 - 2:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 2:00 pm. Memorial donations to Headwaters Health Care Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

A tree will be planted in memory of Tom in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
