Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Monday, February 1, 2016 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Eva Butler. Dear father of Helen Murray (Daniel) and Andrea Norwich (Jason). Cherished grandad of Erin, Braeden, Brodie and Joey. Remembered by his sisters Patricia, Madonna, Marilyn and Madeline (deceased) and his brothers Gerald, Kevin, Leo and Alfred. Edward will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First Street, Orangeville on Thursday, February 4, 2016 from 11:30 am to 12:45 pm.
Funeral Service will be held at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 42 Dawson Rd., Orangeville on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 1:00 pm. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Orangeville.
Memorial donations to the Terry Fox Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Edward in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
