Condolence: Judy, Crae and Family:
I have fond memories of coming to Room 178 at Credit Valley Hospital to visit Becky and meet her family – you are indeed one of the most loving and caring families I have encountered during my twenty years as a Hospital Chaplain. As you reflect and remember Becky, I trust the words below written by Father Henri Nouwen will give you comfort knowing that your loved one is safe in God’s care.
“A SMILE BREAKING THROUGH TEARS”
Dying is a gradual diminishing and final vanishing over the horizon of life. When we watch a sailboat leaving port and moving toward the horizon, it becomes smaller and smaller until we can no longer see it. But we must trust that someone is standing on a faraway shore seeing that same sailboat become larger and larger until it reaches its new harbor. Death is a painful loss. When we return to our homes after the death of a loved one, our hearts are filled with grief. But when we think about "The One" standing at the other shore eagerly waiting to welcome our beloved friend into a new home, a smile can break through our tears.
As you remember Becky, may the Spirit of the Living God comfort, guide and uphold you in the days and years ahead.

Condolence: I am so sorry about the loss you have all felt, being so young, Becky was a bright young lady and this should never have happened. RIP my dear Becky, may God now watch over you and help you're family through this tragic time.

Condolence: My sincerest condolences to Becky's family and friends! To lose her at such a young age is tragic. She always brought joy and happiness to everyone around her! She is resting and at peace now. She will be missed by many!

Condolence: My prayers go out to judy and crae and their families on the loss of one so young. I still remember seeing her when she lived here, a cute little girl with the biggest eyes. No sense can be made of having a life cut short so soon, and I cannot imagine your sadness. Rest in peace dear Becky, watch over your mom and dad and brothers and all of the others who loved u and will forever have an empty part in their hearts. Please rest safe in the arms of God.
