Burge, John Wesley Sr.
Peacefully at Shelburne Residence on Monday, May 18, 2015 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of the late Muriel. Loving father of Darleene Wattam (Harold), late Beth Ostachuck, Denise Simpson (John), Cheryl McKechnie (Gerald), Debbie Durnford (Peter) and John Jr. (Wendy). Cherished grandfather of Shannon, Nathan, Michael, Tim, Tammy, Tony, Cassandra, Devin, James, Audrey, Donald and great grandfather of Tyler, Miranda, Sammy, Melanie, Holly, Wesley, Alison, Makayla, Noah and Jacob. Dear brother of Cliff (Phylis). John is predeceased by his parents Frank and Edna Burge and his brothers Bill and Bob. He will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel, 21 First Street., Orangeville on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 2 p.m.
Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Orangeville.
Memorial donations to St. Mark's Anglican Church or Shelburne Residence Resident Council would be appreciated by the family.

A tree will be planted in memory of John Sr. in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
