Condolence: We were saddened to learn of Patricia's death. Helen taught her in Saint Mike's Hospital School of Nursing and has fond memories of Patricia as a student nurse.. We send our condolences to the whole family. We regret that we will be unable to attend the funeral because of an unavoidable conflicting comittment.
