Condolence: I just heard of Alma's death tonight and was very sorry to miss her funeral. Although I haven't seen her for many years, I will always remember Alma and her deep tenor voice, standing next to Lee in the choir and the members teasing her about her height. 'Stand up, Alma!' And she'd laugh and say, 'I AM standing.' Sometimes she would come to practice straight from her work as a millwright. I was very impressed by that. One could see that her family was important to her. She cared for Bob for many years, and her mother too. A lot of responsibility lay on those small shoulders. So, goodbye, Alma. You will be remembered by the many whose lives you touched.

Condolence: I knew Alma through our involvement with the Orangeville Music Theatre several years ago. She was an energetic person and a wonderful example of a caregiver as she went above and beyond caring for her husband Bob. I am sure she is reaping the rewards of living a good life and is now in God's mansion. May God bless Alma, Bob and their grieving family.

Condolence: Alma - you took me under your wing as a young choir member at St. Mark's and we sang together for many years. Your bright smile and happy spirit always made our time together so much fun. I am sorry you are gone, but happy that you are able to breathe deeply again and that you are reunited with Bob. Rest in peace - you will be missed here by many.
