Hunter, Margaret Lyle Dickson (nee Kennedy)
It is with sad and heavy hearts that the family of Margaret Hunter announce the passing of their precious Scottish Rose at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at the age of 91. Dear mother of William, Christina Hodgins (Grant) and Sharon Hunter (Dan Lyons). Cherished Gran of Eric, Morgan, Brittany (Cory), Aaron, Drew, Bryce, Anne and Brady. Dearest GG of Kennedy. Remembered by her sisters Eileen and Gwen. Predeceased by her parents Christina and Henry and her siblings Henry, William, Melinda, Kathleen and Patricia. Fondly remembered by her sister-in-law Elizabeth, nephew Bruce (Carol) and their daughter Caroline. Her passing leaves a wonderful legacy of love, strength, wit and loyalty for those she loved.

Funeral Service will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First Street, Orangeville on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 2:30 pm. Visitation will begin at 1:30 pm.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Branch 233 Royal Canadian Legion, Orangeville would be appreciated by the family.

A tree will be planted in memory of Margaret in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
